WITHOUT leaving Genesis, find me the verse where death comes about ONLY through veering from God's word.
NEVER does it state in GENESIS that man is immortal.

In fact, Genesis says that man is mortal and can only become immortal by eating of the tree of life.

That is why foolish men have sought the fountain of youth.

The Bible indicates the first sin occurs when Eve touches the fruit. As far as not being "fruitful and multiplying," they were. They had at least 3 children. Nothing in the Bible reveals how long they were in the Garden of Eden (could have been days?) or if they were even old enough to procreate.

Tat seems to be what he did in Gen 1 because they did not even know they were naked till Gen 3.

So to you, I guess that Satan tempting Eve and God lying by omission were not sins. Right?

Who say they never could?? Perhaps they were too young when they were first created? The Bible doesn't say. Nor does the Bible put a time frame on how long one must wait to be "fruitful and multiplying," which they did. Nor does the Bible indicate how long they were in the Garden of Eden ... perhaps they weren't there long enough to procreate.

As far as your assessment of Satan's deceptions, Satan was not human. His sins did not bring death to humans. It was Eve's sin which did that.

Adam and Eve were most probably created as fully capable of appreciating God.

It's actually far more subtle than that.
Adam was requested by God to go outside the Garden to work the ground.
There is NO indication Adam would not be allowed back in.
God placed the Cherubim with the flaming swords at the entrance with the stated intention of preventing Adam from entering the Garden.
The Garden was not destroyed.

It's called "free will" and being born with it does not equate to sinning. One is not a sinner until the choose to sin, not because they're born with the ability to sin. If that were the case, G-d would never have put Adam & Eve into the Garden of Eden to begin with as they would have already been sinners before they got there.
