A Judge has ordered the Feds to turn over all evidence in the Goode murder to state prosecutors. This includes body cam footage from all of the officers, and I believe all emails and other correspondence as well.

This happened very recently and I don’t know whether the Feds intend to comply with this or not.

It appears that federal prosecutors in Minnesota are being buried alive under the deluge of actions they’re being required to deal with in regards to immigration cases while REAL CRIMINALS are being ignored.

These lawyers want to get criminals convicted. Not fight a habeus corpus petition from some hourly rated law abiding family member, who has been in the country for 20 years.

Pretti didn't just take a gun to a protest, he actively interfered with a legal law enforcement action. Had he stayed out of police business, the altercation would not have happened and he would still be walking among us. Actions have consequences.

You folks keep forgetting there are a number of videos that show the circumstances under which he was shot. Absolutely nothing he did warrants being shot 7 times after being pinned down by multiple officers.

Every police shooting does not result in a murder trial. I've never heard of a police officer being tried for murder after he was attacked with a deadly weapon or by a person carrying a deadly weapon.

It was a non-political , professional law enforcement agency. trump lowered the standards for entry probably to allow his militia birdies from Jan 6th. In. It is obviousfromthe images that it is not a drug boat. People on both sides of the aisle recalling for an investigation and the release out all the video involved.
