ICE agent being railroad by MN Courts

35 to 50 % of the undocumented came here legally then overstayed their visas.
Then they either get them extended or go home. They are still here illegally. I am all for legally coming to America, the law is the law and they are disrespecting our laws. I am also for changing the laws however neither party cares enough to do that. I believe Congress isn’t interested in fixing it, otherwise I would have been fixed already.

Again that is for a court to decide. At least that 's the way it's suppose to go.

Then those that have overstayed their visas, probably should leave without any help as they agreed to those terms, but they don’t respect our laws enough to either leave or go to immigration and work to extend their stay. That is my issue. I had a young Hispanic woman work for us and her parents entered the US legally, her and her family are intolerant of those that do not respect American laws.

If these visa holders were genuinely concerned they have options, but going into hiding for many many years is a deliberate choice they made without regard to American citizens and American laws.

As far as due process, many, are entitled to a court hearing, many are not because of rules imposed under the Obama administration.
