ICE Is not above the law

Minnesota prosecutors have spent weeks investigating the conduct of immigration agents who took part in an immigration crackdown in the Twin Cities.

Prosecutors in Minneapolis on Thursday charged a federal immigration agent with assault, accusing the agent of pointing a gun at motorists along a state highway during the immigration crackdown in the Twin Cities in February. It was a rare instance of state prosecutors charging a federal agent for on-duty actions.

The agent, Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr., 35, of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, pointed a gun at two people in a car as he attempted to pass them in an unmarked vehicle on the shoulder of a highway, according to the criminal complaint.

The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment. It was not clear if Mr. Morgan had retained a lawyer.

After the incident, Mr. Morgan told state investigators that he “feared for his safety and the safety of others” after a vehicle swerved in front of him and “cut him off,” according to the statement.

"In fear of his life", all because a car turned away from him. Does this sound familiar at all, to anyone? ICE THUGS killed innocent people in Minnesota,

Was the alleged incident caught on cell phone footage?

If so then proceed, if not then pound sand.
Still needs to be investigated

More evidence of ICE escaping responsibility because they refuse cameras on agents and vehicles

An Ice agent has been charged for assault with a deadly weapon in Minnesota.

That's another traitor that needs a thorough investigation for ties to China and terrorists.

If I was Trump I would make an example of her right now. I'd send marines over there to kill her under the 2001 AUMF. In fact, if I was Prez I'd have the marines kill every Democrat in congress.

They're still traitors.

Illegally trying to pass on the shoulder in an unmarked vehicle

Are ya kidding?
