Supergirl looks pretty good to me...

Im sure this site is too far gone to appreciate a movie with a female lead but this looks very Guardians of the Galaxy vibe, which makes sense from James Gunn. I feel like this can be as good as last years superman which really grew on me. My first watch I was overwhelmed at the frenetic pace and the starting in the middle of the action but I ended up having it on repeat all summer in the house.

I've seen lots of movies with female leads. Anne of Green Gables comes to mind. But I don't watch ANY modern movies. Not one. They're all pushing an agenda as opposed to creating good, family-friendly, moral/ethical material.

I'm sure Guardians of the Galaxy is plenty woke so I'm just as sure it wouldn't appeal to me.

Intersting. I dont mind changing things from moves. However, Streaky the cat is funny as shit. Never heard of it before but its a good gimmick to have powers and then have no powers. Regardless... I like the idea of a girl and her dog which has the element of her feeling alone except for the dog. Superman is never alone and thus not really in need of a dog. That guy has friends and a GF.. he's no loner like Peter Parker.
