OK, SO explain exact place she was at the time she was shot. and where the shooter was? was he standing at the last door between safety of those elected by US.
/----/ Who brings a gun to an ICE protest? He was looking for trouble and found it. A week earlier he was fighting agents and kicking their patrol car.
I agree it was a stupid move on his part but did he deserve to die for that ? And he never even reached for it. Perhaps it was a automatic reflex to bring it. Here in Nebraska we are also a right to carry state and a resident my town made the mistake of carrying his to the courthouse to renew his car liscence. It was in the newspaper , the fourth se went into shut down mode. He still had to pay a hefty fine. No jail the time was involved. He simply forgot he had it on him. Perhaps that's what Pretti did. Looks like we will.never know the truth in this obvious cover-up.
Pretti didn't just take a gun to a protest, he actively interfered with a legal law enforcement action. Had he stayed out of police business, the altercation would not have happened and he would still be walking among us. Actions have consequences.
