It doesn’t matter what you think could have happened. It matters what did happen.

In the absence of direct evidence about any sort of “pummeling”, it becomes a matter of hearing the testimony from the ICE agent.

Given that we know he wasn’t truthful, his testimony becomes irrelevant.
