Zone1 What would Jesus do about the GOP plan?

Rght, he gave sight to the blind, healed the sick (in the head), freed the crippled (by fear) raised the dead, the defeated, so they could see for themselves what they should do to end the madness. He couldn't do it alone.

Everything he taught was about how to be victorious resisting tyranny, whether religious or secular. Its all on you.

Unless you eat my flesh (accept my teaching) and drink my blood (do it) you can have no life in you. Remember?

Abundant blessings and eternal life is the promise for fulfilling the laws demands. Life is in the blood, in the doing

So do it and you shall live.
Nothing supernatural, right? All just metaphors, right?

James Talarico last week asked 4 simple questions to answer about what Jesus would do that are thought provoking. What are your thoughts on these answers?

  1. What would Jesus do about a tax system that favors the rich over the poor?
  2. What would Jesus do about a Healthcare system that forces the sick to start gofundme pages?
  3. What would Jesus do about an Education system that tied a community’s education to it property wealth?
  4. What would Jesus do about an Economic system that prioritizes profits over the health of our planet?
I don’t think he would approve of the GOP plan on any of those. What about you?

Go to church and ask him. If you don't get an answer, you've got your answer.

Right.

Just like nothing is supernatural about any teacher around the world opening the eyes of the blind by teaching children how to understand complicated metaphors like talking serpents and talking jackasses, like you.

"On that day those who are deaf will hear (understand) the words of the scroll, And out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of those who are blind will see. (perceive)"

Jesus healed a blindness of perception not sight. It was as miraculous as if you suddenly stopped being an ass.

One notices that you have to add a whole bunch in parentheses that is not there in the text. The bottom line remains, Jesus had nothing to say about the Roman empire, and to attempt to use Him to promote or attack a modern-day political system is useless.

He has a secular interpretation for everything Jesus said and did. It’s quite entertaining.
And he has to add and subtract a whole lot to do it. Simple denial is a wondrous thing.

The supernatural aspect of "raising the dead" was knowing the person was under the condemnation of God.

Like you.
In fact, you don’t believe in anything supernatural, right?

Like you.

It was as unlikely for any man to intervene on their behalf, especially a froward gluten and a drunk, for God to suspend that judgment, as unlikely as the rain falling up.

You only believe in a material existence.

And you continue just making up your own interpretations to soothe your psyche. You know you have no credibility on any of this, right?

Maybe this will help you understand his motivation to secularize scripture.

I am not a religious person, even though I am paying them back in their own coin.

No credibility? Take a course in literature. If that doesn't work do yourself a favor. Read a chidren's book on how to understand figurative language. Did you get angry with God and cry because the big bad wolf ate grandma?

lol.

You need to read more carefully.

When Jesus healed a blind man first he wrote something on the ground. Then he made a paste of mud and spit and put that in his eyes and then he put his hand over that and asked the man what he saw. First he saw trees, then after Jesus told him to take a harder look he finally saw men. Jesus was teaching the man how to use his imagination in a rational way to understand scripture where men are often represented by trees. So now tell me.

How could the man see anything with mud and spit in his eyes? Duh.

It was a healing of perception not sight. This is irrefutable. Now who has no credibility?

Certainly not you. You are playing a sick game.

Sorry dude. This is not a game. You are an unrepentant idolator. The penalty is the death you so perfectly display. So chill out. You get to live out the rest of your days under a strange delusion. But then, the judgment. Mazel tov!

I’m not the only one who sees through your charade.

You only believe in a material existence. Religion has turned you into a nut job. You can’t control it.

Dude, you are the one who claims to believe that a trinity diddled a virgin to become a sacrificial Jewish man.

You can't even see through your own charade.

Yes, your charade.

Spoken like a religious nut job attacking a rival religion. No better way to make the religious look bad. Unfortunately for you though it’s making atheists look bad.

Not true.

Religion has turned you into a nut job. You can’t control it.
So let me get this straight.

Me telling you that God never became an edible sacrificial Jewish man is a religious nutjob but you believing that God became an edible sacrificial Jewish man isn't a religious nutjob?

Okey dokey!

100% true. You don’t believe in anything supernatural. Period. You are no witness for God. You are a fake. Your goal is to subvert Christianity.

Your own words convict you.

I am not a religious person, even though I am paying them back in their own coin.

I have no choice but to believe. I have ascended into the seventh heaven and entered the sanctuary of God.
