What is the definition of "assault weapon?"

And you haven’t even won that case seeing a Uzi is a bearable arm...
Fully-automatic"Uzis" are not in common use for the traditionally legal purposes of a firearm-- and thus, are not bearable arms.
That a non-bearable arm can be so regulated in no way means a bearable arm can.

M16s are not in common use for the transitionally legal purposes of a firearm-- and thus, are not bearable arms.

If Congress and the Whote House can put the Ar-15 on the same list as the machine gun ( Uzi ) then it will be done…

What you consider bearable and not bearable can be debated but we already have firearms you can not obtain unless you meet certain requirements…

They were taken out of use because the danger they caused but you can still buy a machine gun with certain permits, see how this works?

You truly believe you will win this one?

Not without infringing on the right to keep and bear arms.

The USSC has already set the standard: In common use for the traditionally legal purposes of a firearm.

Thus, the difference between a bearable arms and a non-bearable arm.

That a non-bearable arm can be so regulated in no way means a bearable arm can.

Absolutely. "All bearable arms".
Nope, you will lose and when you do blame George H.W. Bush and Reagan for this being allowed…

Try again because you need to read that list and AR-15’s can be added if the House, Senate and the Oval Office decide to do it and no Republican will remove it after it is done…
As long as they justify their decision, fine. But cosmetics is not justification.

Indeed.
They need to demonstrate the necessity for and efficacy of placing a certain group of semi-automatic rifles on the NFA list, while leaving the rest -- all of which have the same capability as the other group-- off the list --- and that said necessity matches that of the need to have M16s and M60s on that list.
This is impossible to do.
