There has never existed a time in contemporary Western society when the population of "helpless" fat people was larger than it is today....The last I read it's around 47 million in the US on SNAP/EBT.

Because of all the "help" our society has given people, we now have tens of millions of fat people who can't live without that "help".

If someone employed from the US government somehow gets on unemployment and they continue to make their claims of being unemployed, they can just illegally keep their claims going, because no one from the US government is going to tell them they were rehired and getting paid. They can commit fraud easily. Of course, they will likely be found out eventually.

Nope. last spring the Democrats signed a CR because the republicans promised to negotiate some things.

#1 Employers in Virginia are required to file a wage tax reports with the Virginia Department of Taxation.

#2 Recipients are required to file a weekly claim for benefits where they have to certify they are not working (or report their income if working so that if the income is less than what they previously made they may receive partial benefits).

#3 Yes, information sharing with various other state and fedederal agencies they use to verify the initial and weekly claims.
