That looks good! I also like simple dump cakes. Yes Marion and Carrot cake! Got a recipe called "14 karat cake" cook gave me before she passed.

Wifes Bday yesterday so made a bananna cake (5 medium) with a cream cheese/confect/butter/homemade vanilla frosting. So moist, so good had to lay down and eat it. Didn't do candles though cause she is 65 like me now and didn't want the fire department spoiling her bday.
