Can peanut butter save our kids?

Again, it depends on how you do things. If you're eating no sugar (and it's really no sugar) then that's a lot better, but that would probably be more expensive.

A lot of people will eat the normal stuff. Which will make them fatter. I haven't eaten the stuff for a long time.
The better stuff is a bit more expensive.
 
Like everything in this world. The poor end up with bad diets just to laziness and cost.
I recommend peanut butter on WW toast (and a big glass of whole milk) because it is cheap and healthful. It is also easy and fast to make for those yuppy moms and lazy moms who don't have the time or the desire to cook a decent breakfast for their kids.

Well, any diet needs to be balanced and healthy.

If it helps to make it that, then fine, usually it does not.
 
While our too large family grew up on peanut butter - it was inexpensive - some grandchildren are allergic. I still take table spoons for a snack.
