on his part, he can salvage the trip over here.

You've got to applaud the efforts of the Ukrainian people in their efforts to blunt the advances of the Russian attacks.
They've been innovated and cunning, but attrition and the shear weight of numbers by the Russian war machine will win out.
Zelensky has to wake up to that fact that the Ukraine will ultimately lose and their best way to save the Ukraine is to go along with the "Deal" offered by Trump.
Granted the negotiations are not over. Zelensky has to rethink his position.
