It is there in MAGA rhetoric. Others have pointed it out as well.

Here is one among many.

Here is a quote from a founder of MAGA:

The only reason you folks on the left believe that is because Trump fully understands who you are, how you react, and what makes you tick. He knows how to utilize your own time-proven Marxist/Alinskyite rules against you, for which you have no defense. That probably comes from being a former Democrat himself, and having stepped outside of your frame of reference, and observing it closely.

You'd be surprised what an enlightening experience it is once you walk away. Both my wife and I myself are former Democrats, so I know this to be true.

This article should be required reading.

I’ll give a synopsis.

Netanyahu shows up at the White House with the head of the Mossad. They give a presentation to Trump and his advisors, which include Hegseth, Radcliffe and Rubio.

“In the Situation Room on Feb. 11, Mr. Netanyahu made a hard sell, suggesting that Iran was ripe for regime change and expressing the belief that a joint U.S.-Israeli mission could finally bring an end to the Islamic Republic.

At one point, the Israelis played for Mr. Trump a brief video that included a montage of potential new leaders who could take over the country if the hard-line government fell. Among those featured was Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of Iran’s last shah, now a Washington-based dissident who had tried to position himself as a secular leader who could shepherd Iran toward a post-theocratic government.

Mr. Netanyahu and his team outlined conditions they portrayed as pointing to near-certain victory: Iran’s ballistic missile program could be destroyed in a few weeks. The regime would be so weakened that it could not choke off the Strait of Hormuz, and the likelihood that Iran would land blows against U.S. interests in neighboring countries was assessed as minimal.

Besides, Mossad’s intelligence indicated that street protests inside Iran would begin again and — with the impetus of the Israeli spy agency helping to foment riots and rebellion — an intense bombing campaign could foster the conditions for the Iranian opposition to overthrow the regime. The Israelis also raised the prospect of Iranian Kurdish fighters crossing the border from Iraq to open a ground front in the northwest, further stretching the regime’s forces and accelerating its collapse.“

After the meeting Radcliffe called Netanyahu’s plan “farcical” and Rubio called it “bullshit.”

The two who bought into it hook, line and sinker were the two biggest idiots in the Trump Administration.

You guessed it: Hegseth and Trump himself.

Vance was against the War:

“In front of his colleagues, Mr. Vance warned Mr. Trump that a war against Iran could cause regional chaos and untold numbers of casualties. It could also break apart Mr. Trump’s political coalition and would be seen as a betrayal by many voters who had bought into the promise of no new wars.

Mr. Vance raised other concerns, too. As vice president, he was aware of the scope of America’s munitions problem. A war against a regime with enormous will for survival could leave the United States in a far worse position to fight conflicts for some years.”

One other interesting point made in the article is that Trump was always a war hawk, even in his first term. It was his generals and advisors that kept him in check. This time though there was some initial opposition to this War all his advisors fell into place like good little sycophants, Radcliffe and Rubio, among them. Vance though kept his opposition to the war known to Trump.

I suspect that Vance and Radcliffe may have leaked this information because they want to distance themselves from the Iran clusterf***.
The New York times.

Talk about a clusterf***.

Because them Joos is sneaky, right? :laughing0301:
The Mossad and Netan-yahoo?...Certainly.

My surmise is that they went to Trump and appealed to his vanity with a world class ass swabbing, fed him a variation of the same old crap that got us mired in Iraq, blew sunshine up his ass about the obvious vicissitudes of potentially having the Strait of Hormuz shut down, then swabbed his ass some more by telling him he'd be saving the entire planet.

Israel is doing more than their share of the heavy lifting. If the Strait being closed is such a problem, I would suggest that those countries who are most affected do something to fix the problem. Japan and India for example. Aside from China, those two are the biggest recipients of Middle Eastern oil and gas.

You buy their "It's Da Jooos" story?
No. I buy the: 1) its the Saudis; 2) Its Netanyahoo; 3) its his subservient yes men cabinet.

He got sold a bill of goods that taking out some of the heads of the government would cause a collapse and popular uprising. That didn't even occur in Venezuela - which was an in house coup affected by US special forces.

Put yourself in the position of the being elected to this office that we have created. You get to pick staff, advisors, appoint heads and ambassadors, blah blah. You get security briefings from whom? The mf security state spooks and the DoW, and where does the DoW get their info from? That's right. They are so inbred with the NSA that it might as well be the same office. Sure you can request verification, where does that come from? If you are simply gullible or blackmailed into co operation pretty soon you have the military running the state department. Dog wagging the tail. I don't think there's any man or woman that is willing to stand up to the real power at hand. It is starting to look like Trump was to be controlled opposition from the get-go.
