This wasn't a "peace deal' it was a surrender. And during the negotiations, Russia murdered several hundred Prisoners of War and Civilians. A War Crime. A 4cereal War Crime. Not an accidental miss by artillery or a missile, I'm talking PREMEDITATED FUCKING MURDER.
