True, but, in my opinion, being a VP for possibly 12 years would seem like a bitter pill to swallow. Why not he's young. 41 years old. Rubio 54 years old.

Vance is extremely intelligent and well spoken, Dems would be wishing they had Trump back if Vance becomes president. Vance will mop the floor with those idiots.
Rubio has been gaining valuable experience as SOS but he's got baggage from his Senate days and prior presidential runs. Democrats will have a field day if Rubio is the nominee. He would do a great job, IF he could make it to the big chair but I think Democrats have his number.
Bottom line, Vance would utterly destroy every Democrat that dared get in his way and body slam their media hacks. Vance is like Trump only 3x more dangerous to Democrats.![]()
Much will stand between Vance, Rubio, Kasich and Ramaswamy if any more as I see note to run for office.
Personally, I believe that you are selling Marco short, he has really grown into a formidable figure.
Kasich and Ramaswamy?
Neither. Seems to me that association with Trump is the kiss of death for any politician. If Iran ends badly, and it seems inevitable that it will, both Rubio and JD will be saddled with it. If they try to throw Trump under the bus his MAGA loyalists will revolt. Harris faced the same problem in 2024.The GOP "Dream Team" for 2028?
Both will likely run. Which combo would you support. I lean toward a Rubio/Vance ticket. Sorry J.D., maybe next time.
Harris and Newsom? Good luck with that. You dont have a chanceBoth of them are a joke really. Neither one of them is relatable. Rubio hasn't lightened up since his Watergate incident. Vance is worse. Can't even order a dozen donuts without being awkward. Went to Pakistan, didn't even stay the night. Flew right home. But not before costing Orban his job in Hungary. Came home to an empty arena. He's no Trump. Not that Trump succeeded either. It's not on lil Marco or lil Vance to fix what Trump broke. The buck stops with Trump right? Not Biden.
But there may be a “shadow campaign” for the nomination between Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who has recently been handed several high-profile assignments, including a meeting with Pope Leo XIV.
Clearly, there are a lot of people who would like to see Marco Rubio run.
Vance is still an incredibly well-known figure. He is much more popular with the base and would likely attract significant donor money
It doesn’t matter. Either way MAGA is toast. The GOP "Dream Team" for 2028?

So establish politicians.

I think Trump's influence with his 'supporters' will fade the day he leaves office.Neither. Seems to me that association with Trump is the kiss of death for any politician. Yeah, right!I think Trump's influence with his 'supporters' will fade the day he leaves office.
President Trump is the party. Not if Rubio and Vance 'disengage' from Trump, which they likely will do.
I hate to be a party pooper here, but Rubio is a neocon. And Vance is funded by Peter Thiel, who is a globalist technocrat (he was on the steering committee of the Bilderberg group, for crying out loud) who will turn us into a Surveillance State. No thanks to either. (And for any dummies or noobs here, that doesn't mean I want the Democrats to win...God no. I'm just saying I wish there were some better choices, but of course it never turns out that way since imo the whole system is a scam.)
Nice fairy tale!Outlier: Trump resigns after winning the Iran war. Vance serves as President for 6+ years. VP Rubio then serves for 4 more years, followed by DeSantis and Barron.

No! No! No! No! No! No! No!That's some echo chamber that you have.
