Sorry this didnt work out as you had hoped.

Yeah. I'm banking on the idea that I can pay down my credit and get a good enough job to afford a mortgage on it. I intend to bring my dad along to do we don't have to hole up here. I'm also banking on the idea that the next door neighbor will sell it to me based on how well he cared for her.

It sucks, I lived there 30 years but dad won't let me near the proceeds from the sale. That's enough for a down payment or to pay off my debts. . So... I guess it's a bit harder. I can't get my own family to give me a hand in this.

I failed to keep the house in the family for now, but I hope in a year's time or less I can remedy that.

On that note I've spent several months looking for remote work and submitting a number of applications. But nothing so far. I could use some help.
