I wonder whether, at this summit for democracy, Biden will explain what steps he's taken/taking to stop the US democracy index decline. What his timeline is for removing the 'flawed democracy' tag from the US.
The summit would be the appropriate time for a heartfelt 'mea culpa, mea maxima culpa' from America to the world.
