I guess that means the Virginia will never have another Republican governor and become just like California and New York

Pretty much that way for a long time, the problem is like a lot of laws, either unknown or not enforced. I don't particularly want to see the state get further involved in selecting who's incompetent and who's not. They haven't been overly partial in picking winners and losers lately.
