Unsealed Trump Search Warrant - Trump had classified Documents

What do you mean by that? How do you know he was never supposed to have them or not authorized to have them?
The president and vice president as well as at least 23 other agency and department heads are allowed to access and review government documents. Need to know comes into play, so each and every case is different.

The Vice President is not allowEd to REMOVE them and keep them in boxes in his personal garage. And his personal office. And the Penn-Biden Center.

Should Trump have just hidden his, like Biden did for 6 years? Leave NARA out of the loop?
The agency knew these documents, obviously relevant, were missing and reached out to trump for over a year to try to get them back. The FBI raid was a last resort they were forced into because he was a total asshole. Again, he did this to himself, as usual.

Trump did hide them. It took a search warrant to
Recover them, dope.
NARA came after Trump. They brought Trump into the loop.
NARA was never “in the loop” and looking for documents from Biden.

The double standard is strong with this one ^.

You are not allowed to remove said documents to your think tank office your garage, or God knows where. Trump had a secure facility.

The standard is exactly the same.
Classified materials should be surrendered to the proper custodian upon their discovery.
...but this is a national security threat. This disqualifies him from being president. He may be selling these documents to our enemies.... you know, like you all said when it was Trump in the headlines?

Thats lame even for you.
Which part?
This one?

Presidential Records Act (PRA)

In 1978, Congress passed the Presidential Records Act(PRA), which states that any records created or received by the President as part of his constitutional, statutory, or ceremonial duties are the property of the United States government and will be managed by NARA at the end of the administration.

The Presidential Records Act (PRA) changed the legal status of Presidential and Vice Presidential materials. Under the PRA, the official records of the President and his staff are owned by the United States, not by the President.

  • The Archivist is required to take custody of these records when the President leaves office, and to maintain them in a Federal depository.

You left out the part where the president can declassify any damn thing he wants to declassify.
