there are many ways churches are failing to follow their own doctrines.

of course we all know that the some non believers have used governments to forcibly strip churches of the duties using such things as the welfare system, that doesnt excuse churches from doing what their doctrine states,,

foster care has turned into an industry where the victims are children being used for profit,

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3, "Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"

A sign of the times. As "watchmen on the wall" we pay attention to biblical Prophecy. The fact that "the Church" (in general) is pushing false doctrine; ignoring the biblical mandate; and, in some cases, looking more like a circus sideshow than followers of Christ is a sign that we're inching ever more closely to the Great Tribulation which is followed by the return of Christ with His angels.

Everything is going as the Bible predicted. We simply need to be faithful and patient during the rocky times to come.

Ask that bitchy sounding woman if she would foster a black child or a teen. 😐

In my small county, at last count, there are 68 churches. From my back deck I can see three of them with four others just out of sight over a hill with three more less than a half-mile away.

That's a lot of tax breaks.
