You make statements as if they were true and then stamp your feet in frustration when the world doesn't lie down before you and accept it.
You group various authoritarian régimes together and claim they are one and the same. Fine, you don't like precision. Why don't you include monarchies and empires throughout the ages as 'Marxist', then.
You attack people you know nothing about and apply your most dreaded epithet, 'leftist' without the slightest substance, merely generalization.
I don't care what 'liberals' and 'socialists' might think when it comes to my own thoughts, and even less from control freaks such as yourself.
When it comes to rants leading to things like this: "Has America become the equivalent of Nazi Germany, as in "The position of the alleged private owners, Mises showed, was reduced essentially to that of government pensioners.", we have to wonder how fragile you grip on thinking and writing must be.
