Trump's Attack on American democracy continues

1. Education is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.

2. The government puts conditions on funding every day, and this is no different.

3. /thread.

Actually that is a very noble outcome to protect the Constitution. The Founding Fathers would like that I'm sure.

But it gets us decisions our base calls treason to the party and the cause.

I actually give more slack to Barrett than Roberts, because some of Robert's choices reflect politics and not interpretation.

We know.

Feb 19, 2025 — John Sauer represented Trump in the case that led to the Supreme Court's sweeping July 1 decision giving him personal immunity from prosecution.
Unfortunately sell out Republicans shove shills into the mix from time to time. After watching Kamala the last 4 years and seeing how she was with Kavanaugh it is now known that many of these politicians need a script to read from or are vacant. McConnell put to many shills into the judiciary. And he let Schumer put hundreds of Progressive Socialist Communist judges into the same judiciary the last two years of Joe with a 50/50 Senate. We need to clean up the system. Save money. reduce stealing, graft and corruption as to keep sending the checks and benefits out. To have high inflation to continue to do so, will not end well.

Absolutely true. Except these last few decisions that went against Trump were goofy, but I'm blanking on them????
Couldn't find them below either. You remember any?

I didn't even hear about most of these cases. They are really busy.

The last few weren't even real decisions, just orders for the lower courts to try again, or to remove the TRO or the injunction and wait till the actual decision to enforce.

This is all due to these judges issuing TRO's like they are candy. The merits on most of these cases haven't even been argued yet.

Yep. That's what it was. Roberts refuses to tell district judges that they can only rule in their district and not do nationwide injunctions that infringe on presidential authority. No district shopping either.
I think congress is making a law to that effect, but I don't think the senate has 60 votes, which is why Roberts needs to step up.

it says sex. Sorry, but I don't play the Orwellian leftist game of pretending words don't have meaning.

Stop referencing something you don't understand.
Of course words have meaning but that’s not good enough for major questions doctrine. It has to be very explicit and clear. You can’t just interpret laws that way.

It's perfectly good enough.

The President can, and is doing so.

Pretty good isn’t enough for the major questions doctrine.

At least it wasn’t when the president was Democratic

Surely there aren’t different standards for different presidents?

Stop quoting that like you understand what it means. It's pathetic.

Biden tried to include trans in title IX and was slapped down by a court, because the word "sex" is explicit in the text of title IX and cosplaying as a woman doesn't change your sex.

What corruption? Any indictments or just DNC imagined?
Judges get impeached.
Then indicted.
The corrupt pansies of the republican congress protect corruption.
You want to talk about corruption? I can prove about $590b in democrat slush funds.
NO, you can't.
More Muskrats lies.

Why are Trump and his cult soooooo, GULLIBLE?

Muskrat can't even be questioned, the ass lickers of Trump, made sure of that.

You mean a district court stopped a nationwide policy?

Seems like another case of judges overstepping their authority? right?

WTF?

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a landmark federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. It ensures equal opportunities for both male and female students in education, including athletics.

Mar 4, 2025 — "All federal funding will STOP for any College, School or University that allows illegal protests," Trump wrote on social media.

"Agitators will be imprisoned/or permanently sent back to the country from which they came. American students will be permanently expelled or, depending on the crime, arrested. NO MASKS!"

ONE is a law passed by congress.
One is a personal vendetta by a lying SNOWFLAKE.
Isn't DEI literally discrimination based on race, sex, etc?

The lying communist, were put on the supreme court by McTurtle and the corrupt Trump cult.

Actually it was stopped in several Districts first, the one linked below was just the first to issue a ruling.

Judge scraps Biden's Title IX rules, reversing expansion of protections for LGBTQ+ students

In a decision issued Thursday, U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves scrapped the entire 1,500-page regulation after deciding it was “fatally” tainted by legal shortcomings. The rule had already been halted in 26 states after a wave of legal challenges by Republican states.

Want to fix this issue? Very simple, have anything involving the executive branch applying laws be sent to the SC directly, or at least to a Circuit Court.

Harvard is not the same as it once was... its full of radicals and extremists... they have more money than most small countries... so F em... and parents you can do so much better for your kids than a Harvard education of hate and anti Americanism....

No, you must be confused.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin.

It gave women the same chance/opportunities in SCHOOLS as men.
Women are the majority of people in the US.

So it’s okay for district judges to wipe out federal regulations when they do it to Dems.

The SC needs to rule on it, and soon.

Personally I will be happy when it's gone, but until then, wind meet the whirlwind bitch.

At least here it was done in multiple districts, and it was an actual RULING. Not some TRO or injunction.
