Contriving pretexts to revoke the citizenship of Americans (such as Marco Rubio) and deporting them to Guantanamo or Gaza or elsewhere is not going to happen, no matter who their parents were.
Nice try, but deporting non-citizens back to their home country with new baby in tow is not a sentence to prisons as you attempt to put it. Only the criminals that have committed crimes while visiting upon our soil get to go to places like that for detention, and it's all because of you Democrat's setting them up to come here thinking that they were free to do as they please until they got caught, and in many cases again after they were caught and released back into the interior.

So what if Marco Rubio's parents were Cubans who were not American citizens at the time of his birth? Would you deport him to Cuba?

Not if it's proven over time to be destructive and disruptive to our immigration system, so it will be up to yourside to prove that what has unfolded over the year's has not led to the perversion of our immigration law's, and this by such a thing conflicting with those laws in a sort of loop hole way of getting around the laws.

WASHINGTON –Incoming President Donald Trump will announce the end of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants in an Executive Order on his first day of office, incoming White House officials said.

The federal government will no longer recognize the immediate citizenship of children of illegal immigrants born in the US “on a prospectivebasis,” the incoming official said on a call Monday morning.

Trump had discussed ending birthright citizenship on the campaign trail, but the action could raise legal questions, as the 14th amendment states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

Now before you all start, I quit caring about "legal" a while ago. We just need to get the needful done.

American citizen's giving birth to American citizen's sure, and of course foreigners that come here legally can be considered for legality in strength there of, otherwise if they as two crime free productive parent's happen to give birth to a baby in the midst of their stay here working and living here legally, then it should strengthen their chances of becoming full legal citizen's if that's what they as a family want to become here.

The baby along with the parents willingness to operate like a family that wants the best for their family, of course can be considered as a plus for full citizenship to come as a result of their goals to become a productive American family by way of their actions and character that speaks loudly to us about their goal to do well in America if given the chance.
