Praying in school was the law of the land until the 1960's when the SCOTUS "discovered" that it wasn't.

This is the line in the constitution.

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

It doesnt mention slaves, or immigrants no matter what you spout. I suspect that Trump would need to change that before he implements his edict.

Cite the case in which our courts were asked to decide if a child born on American soil to an illegal entrant foreign national is granted citizenship upon birth.

I did. Just because you won't accept it as such, emotionally, doesn't mean anything. You also won't find them specifically granting citizenship to redhead children, but like the child of illegals it's all covered by the wording of provision A.

I did. The children of illegals are covered under provision A just like red headed children are whether you want to accept that emotionally or not.

The 14th Amendment is crystal clear. Born in the US equals US citizenship unless you are here as a representative of a foreign government, i.e. not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Try again.

Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett have been squishy, so its a crap-shoot which way they decide.

The problem to be solved is national security. The Russians and Chinese have a cottage industry bringing in pregnant women to have their "anchor babies" and then use them to flock to the US.
