Absolutley not, he can build a library on private property as he wishes.

That is different than Congress authorizing the transfer of a 747 to be placed on in a commercial building. Not my permission, the permission of Congress.

And they took the land from a State college who owned it, and donated it to trump for his LIBRARY.....are you saying Trump is going to have a FOR PERSONAL PROFIT Private hotel on this donated Fla tax payer land where his museum is going?

Yes. The commercial hotel above the lobby would be for profit. It could end up being a commerical hotel, could be commercial office space, could be mixed use. Different versions exists.

But the bottom line is that about 48 or the 50 stories of the Trump Library would be for profit space.

The Reagan Library plane, SAM 2700 had served 7 U.S. presidents UNTIL 1990 when it was replaced with a 747 as the new AF1.

After that, for the next 11 years, it served as the back up plane for the new Air Force 1, and flew where AF1 went and even further instrumental uses...until GWB Leased it, to the Reagan Library in 2001.
