Trump is right—Iran has no cards

SCOTUS just flipped about 15 to 20 seats red
That may not happen until 2028 since primaries are happening in some states.
The LA governor actually stopped their primary to re-draw districts per the court's decision.
After the 2030 census, and the people fleeing NY and CA get counted in TX & FL, many more districts and the EC will become red.

When will that happen?
My prediction? About two months from now? Iran can't sustain their economy with the blockade. The general populace of Iran will rise up against the IRGC and overthrow the Mullahs. That's a given. Right now with the UAE leaving OPEC and Oman looking like they are about to follow suit, production will be going up from both nations. With the IRGC tucking tail and running for where ever they have stashed all the money they've stolen over the years the Straight of Hormuz will be open and all of those oil tanker sitting there in limbo will deliver millions of barrels of oil. Oil production is up in the US. Oil production is up in Venezuela. It's all about supply and demand.

I have documented why Trump is being assigned significant and continually-increasing disapproval numbers by the American people, the economic havoc that he has wreaked as a direct consequence of his unpopular "Pearl Harbor" surprise attack on Iran being a major factor in that disapproval, although far from the only one, as public surveys indicate.

I expect that will be expressed in November's Congressional elections.

If your expectations differ, so be it.
So I take it you'll be rooting for Iran until after the election, Schmidlap? Interesting how the regime in Iran's best chance of surviving so they can continue to oppress their own people and terrorize the rest of the world rests with Democrats winning the House. What does that tell you about the current state of the Democrat Party?

You're wrong in the trillions column! Not even Paul Krugman is as wrong as that!

Stop believe Bibi's and his puppet Trump

Europe is boned. The last shipment of gas from Hormuz arrives next week.

WTF can Europe do without that supply?

The Mullahs aren't the problem, the psychopaths in DC and Tel Aviv are

Starting tomorrow, the US will begin escorting tankers out of the Gulf, so the Europeans can get as oily as they want, but the Chinese still won't get any Iranian oil.

If you believe that the majority of Americans like myself who disagree with Trump's war against Iran are rooting for Iran, you are alienated from most Americans.

Last I checked, Trump is allowing the repressive, ultra-conservative regime in Iran to remain in power, and has been negotiating with it.

Your messiah's Easter message, "
Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards!..." was especially ineffective. His diplomatic skills are not in America's interests.

Your hyper-partisan derangement is unfortunate.

Oh please...Barack Obama and Joe Biden allowed the regime in Iran to remain in power...Donald Trump has literally crushed the regime. 51 top leaders killed? Navy destroyed? Air Force destroyed? Anti aircraft systems destroyed? Missiles destroyed? A blockade that is literally strangling them by the day? You're about to see the biggest sponsor of global terror out there destroyed and Donald Trump is doing it with little loss of American lives or assets in record time.

So why would any rational person not want this to play out? Why would ANY American want Trump to fail? Just the thought of that boggles the mind! We're getting rid of the skunk at the church social and the Middle East has a chance to actually have REAL peace but you want Trump to fail?

I didn't say the Europe isn't fucked. In the short term they are and they were even before the US attacked Iran. They went with Russian natural gas to power their economies...got rid of nuclear power plants and coal fired plants. Relied on "green energy". So their energy costs are through the roof and their economies are contracting. That has nothing to do with DC or Tel Aviv.

Trump's Pearl Harbor surprise attack has resulted in over $70 billion being billed to the U.S. taxpayer (thus far), and the price of a gallon of gasoline in the U.S. going up over a dollar (thus far.) The same repugnant regime is in power in Iran, has taken the opportunity Trump gave them to demonstrate the power it can wield over the global economy, and is still in possession of its enriched uranium stockpile, Trump has failed, and his cult can't admit it.

Majority call it a mistake
A Washington Post–ABC News–Ipsos poll found 61% of U.S. adults believe it was a mistake for the U.S. to use military force against Iran, compared to 36% who think it was right Politico+1. Similar results from Pew Research Center and Marquette Law School show 59–63% disapproving of the decision, with Democrats and independents overwhelmingly opposed Pew Research Center+1.

Trump's Middle East fiasco has reminded advanced nations of the cost of their dependence upon the exporters of dirty fuels. China, to whom Trump surrendered the growing wind and solar technology market, should thank him.

For the first time in history, wind and solar generated more electricity in the European Union than all fossil fuels combined in 2025, marking a major milestone in the region’s clean energy transition,
Wind and solar together: 30% of EU electricity, just ahead of fossil fuels at 29%
China has become the global leader in wind and solar technology exports, combining massive domestic production with aggressive international sales to fuel the global clean energy transition.

In Q3 2025, China’s green technology exports — including solar panels, wind turbines, energy storage, and EV components — reached $14.8 billion, up 30% from the same period in 2024 chinacrunch.com. In August 2025, cleantech exports hit a record $20 billion, with 46,000 MW of wind and solar capacity shipped abroad Bloomberg. China’s total green tech exports in 2025 exceeded $120 billion over the year Bloomberg.

Dude, it's been two months! What Trump has accomplished in that time is unprecedented. Iran is literally teetering on it's last legs. The only reason they haven't given up is that they think the Democrats might save them in November. I hate to break this to you but Trump could care less about your polls. He's going to fix Iran and the Middle East whether you like it or not! :)

So what has happened to Europe's energy costs, Schmidlap?

Trump's Middle East fiasco

Which fiasco was that?
  1. The one eliminating Iran's immediate nuclear threat and capability within minutes?
  2. The one which decapitated about 50 of Iran's top military, scientific and spiritual leaders in like 2 minutes?
  3. The one which took out Iran's airforce and Navy in 2 days?
  4. The one which effectively lulled the further mass-killing of civilians?
  5. The one which has culminated in only a handful of Americans killed?
  6. Or do you mean the one which has held civilian casualties in Iran to a minimum and is now starving and crippling Iran's military economically and operationally with minimal further risk to further innocent parties?
And all measured in weeks instead of years.

You can stick with what Trump wants you to parrot.

Most Americans acknowledge the reality.

What Trump has accomplished in that time is unprecedented.

Yes .
Being knocked around the ring by a 100/1 outsider is near unprecedented .

I just love old people who get very passionate about things they really have little understanding about .
Our Man With a Plant sees Trumpfy gasping on the ropes and believes he is ahead on points .

This Theatre is a little bit too complex for you .
Get back to the garden and continue as Man with a Plant .

Thanks to renewable energy Europe is driving business away

Manufacturing in Europe is currently experiencing a significant decline, often described as a "dual collapse" where both manufacturing and services are shrinking simultaneously. Between 2008 and 2023, the European Union lost more than 2.3 million manufacturing jobs, and an additional 850,000 jobs were lost between 2019 and 2023 alone.

Major Challenges
  • High Energy Costs: European gas prices are structurally much higher than in the U.S., making it impossible for some energy-intensive industries to remain profitable.

If Trump had foreseen what a costly, unpopular, protracted quagmire his Donald of Arabia junket would be - leaving the same repugnant regime in power, and in possession of its enriched uranium stockpile - he might have conquered Greenland, instead - (or Iceland since he is unable to distinguish.)

... The 62% disapproval rating is the highest of his two terms in office
and just a few percentage points below the disapproval rating for his
handling of “the situation with Iran,” which is 66%.

Trump a draft dodger and coward is now a warrior for some, go figure.....
