Nobody thought a 911 event was possible either, right up until it happened. Good to know you can deny the possibility of a nuclear bomb going off somewhere; what do you care how many people get killed, right? Actually, in this plot, land way from China to Iran and getting past the blockade by sea are unnecessary. North Korea can sell to Iran a ship with nuclear armed cruise missiles right on the North Korean shipyards, and even partly crew it. All what Iran will need in this case - just send flags, captains, liaison officers with their equipment by Caspian sea, and then via Russian railroads, directly to North Korea. And it's much easier to transport flags and captains than bombs and ships.

Do they have a right to defend themselves from suicide bombers and indiscriminate rocket attacks from outside their territory?

They've had to become a war machine, no? It wasn't like they were the ones that started the wars they had to fight over the past several decades.

The global community doesn't seem to give a damn about Israel as they face an existential threat. Time and again Israel's enemies have agreed to peace treaties and subsequently broken them. You tell me, do their enemies care much about global consequences? These days, nobody does.

When they scream "Death to America", they mean it. Yeah, we can stop the war, but let's not kid ourselves that they won't continue to develop nuclear weapons. Trump says their capability to do that was obliterated. I don't believe that. Even if it was, Russia and China would be only too happy to help them start it up again.

I doubt that, especially in a couple years when Trump is out of office. Didn't we hear that song and dance the last time? And then the Iranians rigidly controlled when and where the inspections would be made.

Nope. The inspections were outsourced to the IAEA, limited to certain sites and require weeks notice
