You are confusing "transferred to the Trump Presidential Library" and adding your own "as a prop". Transferring to Trump's fundation does not mean "static display".

None of the reporting has been that it would be rendered unflyable and couldn't be used by Trump for his personal use (he'd probably have to pay the the flight hour costs) as he would on his 757.

He could even rent it out for parites.
