But it is not charity.

First of all, the tax money used is not donated. People are manipulated into paying it and everyone I know pats themselves on the back if they can discover clever ways of getting out of paying taxes. Then the money that is given to those in need generates no gratitude. This is because, once again, the money is not voluntarily given. The government has essentially decided that the money they give to those in need should really be their money so it becomes an entitlement. In fact, it does not matter how much money they receive it never seems to be enough as they just want more. Together, these two factors help rob society of its overall humanity.

But as rich and poor go to war with this system in place, the sad truth is that the money those in need get from the government is hardly enough to even live on.

A New York judge has ruled that President Trump must pay $2 million in damages to settle claims that the Trump Foundation misused funds. The money will go to a group of charities, and the foundation is in the process of dissolving.

The case is tied to a televised fundraiser for veterans held by Trump in Iowa when he was running for president in January 2016. Trump had said the funds raised would be distributed to charities. But according to court documents, the Trump Foundation improperly used $2.82 million it received from that fundraiser.

According to the judgment, that money "was used for Mr. Trump's political campaign and disbursed by Mr. Trump's campaign staff, rather than by the Foundation," which is unlawful. However, Justice Saliann Scarpulla says the funds did eventually reach charity organizations supporting veterans.

The CDC's budget has been higher every year of the Trump Presidency that it had ever been during the Obama Presidency. There is a process of negotiation between every President and Congress. Trump understands how to work that process probably better than any President we've ever had. He asks for cuts and then happily signs a budget that allows for a slight increase.
