Trump declares that the U.S. needs to have Greenland

And he’s 100% correct.

Do you want to allow Russia or China to control those future shipping lanes?

We need to get a foothold, especially in northern Greenland.

President Trump has a vision for America: that we control and influence the Western hemisphere and do not allow Communists, Chinese, Russians, or EU control the resources or shipping routes.

We need to take the Panama Canal as well.
Why stop there?

There aren't Russian and Chinese ships around Greenland. Check the coastal waters of Alaska for those. Need in one hand and shit in the other Tronald.

I did not create the act, but support it. Sooner or late a President must be accountable for military actions, and this is a decided, generous timespan, far from locking the hand to react to new threats or dangers to the country. Believe what you like.
So you are a Democrat? You would have to be a Democrat to support a Democrat bill that undermines the Constitution.

You believe lies because you are a liberal at heart due to your TDS.

This man never ceases to trip over his own feet. It truly is a sight to behold. He brings down an oppressive dictator and in 24 hours he turns around and makes us sound like we're going to go on a mission to conquer the world.

The man is correct.

We just have a disagreement on whether it undermines the constitution or insures legal checks and balances to power are in place, via the check and balance responsibility of the legislative body.

Congress can always cut off funds for military operations after the fact. They just have to get the President to agree to do it or override his veto. That just doesn't happen, does it? You are guilty of the liberal "politics of meaning". That being, if we have good intentions, it doesn't matter how ******* stupid or illegal it is, as long as it makes us feel good about them being morons.

It would be too late to stop the damage to national and international order, in the event of a takeover of any of the three countries, we do not want a new war with. But, cheer up. MAGA House is still controlled by MAGA until after January of next year. But, if you want your war, foolish as it may be, you got most of a year to kick it off.

You think we could take over three countries before Congress could object? Nobody is starting a ******* war, you TDS-infected ass wipe! How long did the war with Iran last? How about taking Maduro? Hours and not even days? The libs in Congress are only pissed because Trump didn't brief them in advance and leak all the details so they can bust his chops when the plan fails directly due to their efforts! Iran was first! 100% success. Maduro was second. 100% success. Want to try for three?

Until you seek some help, you really should stop posting, because the responses just might damage what little there is left of your self-respect.

If you do not want the freedom to start a war or military incursion to force coercion of those countries leadership to give up sovereign rule to the US at the behest of this president, you should have no problem with it, other than the game being called before the hitter gets to bat.
Don't sweat it. Maga controls Congress and is slavishly unabashed supportive of Trump, no matter what.
EDIT ADDED: Remember, Donny only talks this crap to take attention from his Epstein troubles.

How many times has any President done this? The correct answer would be never, except in your mind.

Be honest! Your TDS forced you to include the dumbass liberal distraction talking point. Let me know when you have something on Trump. What is it? 10 years now and you are 0 for how many hundreds of attempts?

How many times has a US President invaded Venezuela, snatched it's leader out of the country to face American justice, and within 24 hours was discussing three other countries, closer to our borders, and not ruling out military action? Zero. There really is no telling, what he might do, if he gets a bug up his ass.
Calm yourself. MAGA controls Congress. You still have time for WWIII if that is the choice.

I already discussed ruling out military action. 99 times out of 100 it is in response to some airheaded liberal journalist asking a stupid question. In foreign relations, why would you EVER rule out military response as an option? Do you account for all possible scenarios in your statement?

Just out of curiosity which countries closer to our border are you referring to?

What World War are you planning? World War III in Ukraine never happened. World War III in Iran never happened. World War III in Venezuela isn't happening? You don't have a very good track record on your TDS-inspired world wars, now do you?

This is PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH by Donald Trump(+ the bald Jew & wife in the pic). America is likely to become the underdog under the Trump regime. :)

👉 Influence Unleashed: Harnessing Hard and Soft Power in Leadership

- Soft power (China): economic statecraft (loans, trade, investment), diplomatic support, development projects, scientific cooperation, cultural outreach — used to build influence without force. Examples: Venezuela loans and oil deals; Arctic investments and research in Greenland.

- Hard power (Trump-style): emphasis on military strength, direct coercion, and deterrence — rebuilding forces, pressuring allies to spend more, threats of force or sanctions, more confrontational diplomacy.

Tradeoffs and effects:

1. Complementary, not exclusive: States often mix both. China pairs soft-power tools with growing military capabilities; the US pairs military presence with economic sanctions and alliances.

2. Signals and escalation: Hard-power moves can deter adversaries or reassure allies but risk escalation and backlash; soft power builds longer-term influence but can be slow and vulnerable to economic limits.

3. Effectiveness by context: In places like Venezuela, soft power (loans, trade) can secure influence quickly; military options are limited due to legal, political, and cost constraints. In the Arctic, military presence signals deterrence, while investment and diplomacy shape long-term access.

4. Domestic politics shape choice: Leaders who prioritize immediate security or political messaging may favor hard power; those prioritizing trade and influence may prefer soft power.

Bottom line: Trump’s preference for hard power reflects a different toolbox and risks (escalation, international pushback) compared with China’s reliance on economic and diplomatic levers; both approaches interact and sometimes reinforce each other. :)

Unlike those other wars we’ll actually make money, or at the very least be able to buy cheap oil without empowering anti-American assholes.

Is that so hard for your tiny methed up brain to comprehend?

Since the seizure of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro by US forces at the weekend, US President Donald Trump and members of his administration have issued warnings to several other governments — including those of Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Iran and Greenland, a self-governing territory of Denmark.

trump has been emboldened by his attack on Venezuela. He is now gone completely over the Imperialistic edge. Canada better close the border. They may be next on his thirst for power. He is making Putin look tame. And the cowardly repubs in congress just love the blood he is shedding. trump is losing his mind and the repubs are helping him go insane.

It's ridiculous to think we can just take Greenland away from Denmark.

We have no more right to do that than we do to take Nunavut from Canada, or The British Virgin Islands from the UK.
