"Our responsibility is to determine whether a legal error occurred and to ensure that every issue supported by the record is fully and vigorously presented on appeal."

The facts are the facts. Karmelo murdered Metcalf according to the jury.

23 Eyewitnesses testified.

Video was shown.

Karmelo admitted he did it.

The jury found him guilty.

He could have gotten life, he only got 35 years. He will probably be out in 17 years if he behaves.

The appeal is to try to find a technicality.

Why are they doing this verdict for free, and not every one who goes to prison?

Because anti-white leftists are determined to allow a black murderer of a white to go free.

As it is, Karmelo is lucky. He is young enough that, if he can learn to temper his violent nature, he can be out in 17 years while he’s still in his 30s. He can take some vocational online program during prison, and go straight into a job. He can marry and have children if he wants, and go on to become a grandfather. He can buy a house eventually. He can take nice drives into the countryside. He can enjoy Thanksgiving meals with his family.

….everything he robbed Metcalf of.

And ledtist loons want to FREE him?
