Of course not, but he should be leaning on the Danish to deal with that problem or he can send our own navy out into international waters as a deterrent. Continuing to rattle the sabers of us "taking" Greenland is a hostile way to treat an allied nation.

As much as I like the Danes they just don't have the money and resources to block the Russians and Chinese. Unless NATO really wants to do the job.

I did not create the act, but support it. Sooner or late a President must be accountable for military actions, and this is a decided, generous timespan, far from locking the hand to react to new threats or dangers to the country. Believe what you like.
