This judge hasn't been paying attention.

Try reading the OP, stupid. The judge claims the President needs to provide him with “meaningful notice” before deporting them.

You don’t have to be ignorant every day, stupid
And the damn court even gave the Trump administration the ability to define "meaningful notice". They refused. How fucking lame is that? I mean let's just get real here. Trump is dumber than a box of rocks. But his legal staff, OMG, they aren't worth tits on a boar hog. Of course, "tits" is about the only asset they have. And it would take a damn fool of a lawyer to take on Trump has a client.

I mean I got to feel for all of Trump's staff and cabinet. I mean they are like a two tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. You don't know what crazy ass direction Trump is going to go. I mean damn, it must be hell to wake up in the morning. I guarantee these people take a damn Xanex first thing. Then they open their laptop, or check their cellphone, I bet you couldn't put a pin in their ass they are so scared.

You don't know what kind of tirade Trump laid down in the middle of the morning. Like three o'clock. And I get it, when you get old, your sleep schedule gets all fucked up. I am with him. Three o'clock, it is time to go. But that ain't the case here. It is not he is waking up at 3, it is he is still up at three. And who did he piss off? I mean that is literally the start of their day. I mean they probably already got a message, in their inbox, from Stephen Miller, this is what you need to do.

But back to the topic at hand. I would be glad to go over all the legal filings the Trump administration has filed in defense of his actions. I mean they are absolutely pitiful. Not even worth a first year law student, they would get an F. How did these people get a law degree? And that is the thing. Trump does have an argument to be made. Admittedly, this whole invasion thing, it is a stretch, it really is. And going back to 1798, Adams? Talk about pushing the envelope. These immigrants are not coming to take over, they are coming to take part. It is the way it has always been. But damn hoss, make the damn argument,

The Trump administration has failed to make the argument. And their rebuttal filings, SICK. Not a defense of their actions, but an excuse as to why they can't rectify them. Like I said, there really is an argument to be made here. But the deportations must be targeted. Wrapping a four year old cancer patient is not going to cut it. And this whole South African thing. Who the fuck does that, stirring up that shit? You seriously have to wonder what the hell is going on in the executive branch.

No I get that when there are case in controversy that the judicial branch hears the case and says what is the law and what isn’t

Never said otherwise

The executive branch of govts role is to enforce the law and congress job is to make law
And if the executive decides not to abide by what the court rules??

Yea, for AMERICANS. Not Illegal aliens.

They have one right, the right to remain silent, anything they say can and will be held against them if their illegal asses ever get to see a courtroom. They have a right to be deported, if they give up their right to be deported, they can be thrown out on their asses.
Constitution has never made that distinction …..only MAGA

If it would apply to illegals who snuck into our country,
I think that is where the misunderstanding comes into play. The Constitution doesn't apply to people that have "snuck into our country". But that is not what we are talking about here. These people being deported, and yes some of them did "sneak" into the country, well their presence is now known and that makes them "people", or "persons".

I know I have already explained it in this thread but let me try again. When someone shows up at a port of entry, at an international airport, hell--coming in on a cruise ship from Europe. They have little if any Constitutional protections. And even though the person in the airport is standing right here in the United States, until they are checked in, noted, and accepted, they are not under our jurisdiction so to speak. They are not even recognized as being here.

Turn them away right there. And yes, the Trump administration is doing just that, to some extent. And of course the Biden administration acknowledged those migrants when they downloaded an App, even when being across the border. You can definitely complain about that.

There is so much disinformation on this topic. Forty million, fifty million illegal immigrants. Laughably ridiculous. Gang members, violent criminals, sure, they get in, that is a problem. And no, they all didn't start coming in under Biden. That we can somehow ignore our international treaty obligations concerning asylum. The right does not want to solve the problem, they want the issue. They openly exhibited that during the election, refusing to sign a bill that had been worked out.

We need more immigration judges. Hell, send some people to school for eighteen months, study nothing but immigration law. Put a stamp on them and let them loose. Two years for an asylum hearing? Well hell, cut that to two months like a damn speeding ticket and there goes your gang members and violent criminals.

We didn't need a bill, we needed a president that cared. And if the right doesn't want to solve the problem, just what are we doing now?
