Your familiarity with the document is lacking. From AI......He isnt violating the Constitution
He was skirting the law. But it was OK when Biden did it.Not in ways prevented by the court ruling.
How did Obama get away with it without you knowing about it?Your familiarity with the document is lacking. From AI......
Due process, a fundamental principle in the US Constitution, ensures fairness and protects individuals from arbitrary government actions. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This means the government must follow fair procedures, including providing notice and an opportunity to be heard, before taking actions that affect a person's fundamental rights.
Well being in the United States illegally isn't a fundamental right.Your familiarity with the document is lacking. From AI......

He did not say laws specifically! He said the Constitution. How so? By not allowing the judicial branch to enforce laws?
The constitution doesn’t give the judicial branch that authority
In fact that would create a crisis because it would completely ignore the constitution
Its painfully clear you have no clue what’s in the constitution so you can’t tell us what a constitutional crisis is
The Constitution is the supreme LAW of the land.He did not say laws specifically! He said the Constitution.
Not really. The Trump Administration has been firing immigration judges, not hiring more.We didn't need a bill, we needed a president that cared. And if the right doesn't want to solve the problem, just what are we doing now?

The immigration reform act of 1996 is part of the damn problem. Not to mention that it is unconstitutional, there I said it. It violates the treaty that the United States signed, and therefore became law, during the 1951 Refugee Convention.Well being in the United States illegally isn't a fundamental right.
Trump is following the Due Process granted to illegals under the Immigration Reform Act of 1996, or under Alien Enemies Act.
SCOTUS has only said that they are being way to efficent, and need to slow down enough for an alien to have time to file a petetion for HC if they wish. Simply file it, not have it be heard.
Dude. I know they are all your cult's new heros, but these murderers and child rapists all went before an immigration judge and had orders of deportation. How much more "due process" do you expect?Your familiarity with the document is lacking. From AI......

That was Trump's first term.
The administration filled two-thirds of the immigration courts' 520 lifetime positions with judges
Yep xiden continued trumps trend. Now trump I had fired about a dozen or two of xiden’s appointments to ensure we have people enforcing the lawThat was Trump's first term.
At the time Biden took office in January 2021, there were roughly 500 immigration judges, said Mimi Tsankov, president of the National Association of Immigration Judges. (Tsankov was speaking in her own capacity as president of the group, not as a federal immigration judge based in New York City.)
In the subsequent year, 74 new immigration judges have been seated, she said. That's an increase of about 15%

Biden has increased the number of immigration judges, but hasn’t doubled them
Amid concerns about backlogs in adjudicating immigration claims, Joe Biden promised during the 2020 presidential race towww.politifact.com
There are about 700 immigration judges across the country's 71 immigration courts and adjudication centers. These judges are the only ones who can revoke someone's green card and issue a final order of removal for those who have been in the country for more than two years and are in the deportation process.
Nah it’s a perfectly fine law when enforcedThe immigration reform act of 1996 is part of the damn problem. Not to mention that it is unconstitutional, there I said it. It violates the treaty that the United States signed, and therefore became law, during the 1951 Refugee Convention.

I don't think that is true. I know some were under a "withholding from removal" order. And that is just it, the IIRIRA, the Immigration Reform Act of 1996, provides extensive avenues for deportation. So much so that it violates the ICCPR of 1951.Dude. I know they are all your cult's new heros, but these murderers and child rapists all went before an immigration judge and had orders of deportation. How much more "due process" do you expect?
Nah it’s a perfectly fine law when enforced
It hasn’t ever been rule unconditional
Stop lying
No it doesn’t violate that treaty
