This judge hasn't been paying attention.

Is that the best you can come up with? She was arrested and indicted for allowing her child to be sexually abused by her husband. There are all kinds of way to parse that. Where is the husband is the first question. But I got a surprise for you,

Bueno entered the United States on an unknown date and at an unknown location without admission or parole by an immigration official.

BOOM, she has no constitutional rights. The fourth and fifth amendments do not apply. No foul here, ship her ass off. For example, you fly into the United States from a foreign country. You are here, but you are not here. Until you get checked in, you are not considered to be in the United States, you are not part of "the people", and you have no constitutional rights. So I give you this one, a married woman prosecuted because she didn't stop her husband from abusing the kids. Pretty damn common actually. My question, where is the husband?
Geez man, you act like sexual abusing your child isn’t a big deal

You are disgusting

We'll take that as an admission you didn't vet the bullshit you've been spewing.

One of the two deportees with life sentences is 48-year-old Thongxay Nilakout from Laos. He was convicted of killing a German woman and wounding her husband in 1994 when he was 17. The couple was visiting a popular tourist lookout east of Los Angeles during a trip to see their daughter. Nilakout was sentenced to life in prison but was released in 2023 after his case was reviewed following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that said mandatory life sentences for minors were unconstitutional.

Marshalltown police arrested Mya on three counts of sexual abuse in February 2019. A girl accused him of having sex with her when she was 7 years old. Mya pleaded guilty three months after his arrest to a single, reduced charge of lascivious acts with a child, receiving a sentence of up to 10 years in prison. He served about four years at Newton Correctional Facility before being paroled.

DO you own fucking homework next time
They served their sentences, why were they not deported afterwards? Seems to me we do have bigger problems here. Mostly, inept prosecutors.

Depends, in the link I provided you she was released during the xiden admin, who refuses to endorce federal law and allowed the child abuser back out to harm more kids

She didn't sexually abuse her child. She didn't turn in her husband. Pretty damn lame. Give me some time and I can produce dozens of cases, where the perpetrator, the one who committed the abuse, is given less time than the spouse. How the hell does that make sense. Again, where is the perpetrator in this case?

Of course she did. She allowed her child to be sexually abused by her husband she’s just as guilty and sick

I hope he’s in prison

Oh, and now we got this one. The SCOTUS ruled that mandatory life sentences for minors is unconstitutional. Cruel and unusual punishment. Prosecutorial incompetence. Try his ass an adult, get a thirty year sentence, problem solved. Shipping him off to some foreign prison after his release, without due process, is a pussy ass move made by cowards and incompetent idiots.

Not sure what you are talking about? Who’s the minor that got a thirty year sentence

.

Due process in America is for AMERICANS.

If they want due process, send them back to their own countries where they are entitled to it.

.

Give them a thirty second hearing. Okay, you decided to willing break our immigration laws, so now you can get the hell out. You're deported.

That's all the due process they deserve.

Seriously? Look, if the wife is holding a camera and uploading the videos online, fine, I am with you. But holding spouses responsible for the actions of their husbands is usually unwarranted. You think the abuser is not also going to abuse his spouse, how much power does that spouse have? Especially if that spouse is an illegal alien. Which opens up a whole other can of worms.

And you "hope" he is in prison? Hope? Great, the spouse, also probably abused, gets shipped off to Sudan, or El Salvador, and you "hope" the perpetrator is in prison. That is pretty fucked up.

Thongxay Nilakout, convicted of murder at 17. Life sentence, which was later ruled unconstitutional. Again, overreach by the prosecutors, had they sought a 30 year prison sentence, or 40 years, his ass would still be in jail.

She's not being held accountable for what her husband did, she's been convicted of what she did. It's sick watching you defend this woman, who help victimize her own daughter of horror.

Yes, I hope, I can't say for sure this is NY, they are soft on crime. Why is it fucked up? Where do you want him to be?

Why would she go to Suban or El Salvador? Why wouldn't she go back to her home country? You think they won't take her because of her record of sexually abusing her child?

They've all already had their immigration hearings and were ordered to be deported.

Yes, mandatory life was later ruled unConstitutional for minors. He's been in jail nearly 30 years, since 96...parole has been denied at least twice.

Glad he's being shipped out of the country...we don't need illegal alien murders in the United States, we got our own problems.

WTF Dude? I give you links you don't even read them.

He had his due process. "Nilakout was ordered removed to Laos by an immigration judge in 2023 and waived appeal, court records show."
