Again, since like everyone else blacks should be responsible for themselves, what are they doing to change such discrimination? Here's a clue, it's not the fact blacks are well over-represented in crime stats. When overall blacks are the worst offenders, it doesn't bode well for their credit scores so to speak without knowing them.

The example provided by the OP only demonstrates they're least likely to receive a response, nobody knows anyone, they're not researching anyone either. It's a number's game, and when overall blacks are less responsible, I don't know, seems that would influence responses.
