Perhaps so but the reality is she is going to be confirmed and her confirmation doesn’t change the makeup of the court. Since the 60 vote threshold for confirming both lower court and Supreme Court justices was eliminated for the simple majority vote there is little to no chance a nominee won’t get confirmed.

Even it were a male judge who gave a light sentence with such a lame excuse as was used to excuse any pedophile they'd could very well be called a "bitch" too; so, even as a female and a childhood victim from well over fifty years ago I have no issues with someone calling such as it is be they a female or male judge.
