Sen. Tom Cotton mused about Ketanji Brown Jackson defending Nazis as part of a last-ditch effort to smear her ahead of her confirmation.

"Ketanji Brown Jackson is almost certainly going to become the first Black woman to be confirmed to the Supreme Court later this week. The only recourse of Senate Republicans who oppose Jackson’s confirmation is to make their arguments against her as ludicrous as possible -- as a last-ditch effort to get invited onto one of Fox News’ primetime shows to talk about it. Sen. Tom Cotton decided on Tuesday that he’d go ahead and suggest Jackson may have defended the Nazis in court. “You know the last Judge Jackson left the Supreme Court to go to Nuremberg and prosecute the Nazis,” he said, referring to Justice Robert Jackson. “This Judge Jackson may have gone there to defend them.” The Senate will vote on whether to confirm Jackson on Thursday or Friday. So not only is Ketanji a pedophile, but she is also a defender of Nazis....Cotton brilliantly highlighted what the Democrat party stands for -- and it was totally not over-top hyperbole or anything....I mean, he could have pointed to her numerous rulings from the bench to give specific examples of why she would defend Nazis; but her record speaks for itself -- nothing really needs to be pointed out. This will be the first time in American history that a literally Nazi will be sitting on the Supreme Court...

This can't be stressed enough....Justice Jackson is a Nazi....and as Cotton pointed out, the last Justice Jackson prosecuted Nazis; now thanks to the woke-mob Dems; the next Justice Jackson will be defending Nazis...even tho the previous Justice Jackson wrote the dissent opinion for the Korematsu Supreme Court case that basically upheld the interment of Japanese Americans...and even tho part of that dissenting opinion became the groundwork for overturning that same racist Supreme Court case..and even tho that decision then became the ground work for Trump's muslim ban being deemed unconstitutional.......a even tho Cotton himself supported that ban -- this all means Ketanji is totally a Nazi....

It is a shame that neither you or Tom Cotton understand how our judicial system works. Jackson performs a important function in our system of justice. Her job as a public defender is to give every defendant their day in court and to do everything they can do acquit them. It sounds like Cotton wants a new Nazi Germany in this country. Judge Jackson is a very fine individual. You and Tom Cotton are filth. You and Tom Cotton are the Nazis.
