But the democrat planned January 6 WAS an Insurrection that day. An insurrection as mentioned in the 14A has to be declared by a relevant authority. The Insurrection Act of 1807 gives the president that power.

((Calling an insurrection allows him certain powers, such as federalizing the national guard.))

Did he?

Did Donald Trump call an insurrection on himself? No! January 6 was a planned counterintelligence operation orchestrated by our own government. Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff were becoming Junior G-Men acting as CIA agents.

Like I posted before, you can call a bunny rabbit a horse 10,000 times but that does not make the bunny rabbit a horse. That's what the Democrats instructed their Media to do with "Insurrection". I thought it odd that they would be SOOOOOO insistent on using that specific term over and over and over and over..... Now we see what the plan was all along.

The brains that haven't all been fried by vapid leftist propaganda understand this.

Good that you need to raise the issue!
For every Turley there's a Tribe.

Most of you know deep down that it wasn't an insurrection. You have to. You're just being a stubborn partisan asshole that insists on making mountains out of mole hills.
It's about coaxing people like you to show that you're full of doubts. Otherwise this topic would be ignored.

Dead cops are molehills to Republicans.

Got it.
And since when does the left care about cops? Funny how all these lines can just move around when it's convenient. Were you worried about the cops on the many occasions that groups you support rioted and nearly burned a city to the ground?

A finding of fact, also known as a conclusion of fact, refers to decisions made by the trier of fact on questions of fact in a case.
Questions of fact arise when parties disagree on facts, and after presenting evidence, the trier of fact must decide what the facts actually are. Findings of fact may be made by either a jury or a judge depending on whether the case is criminal or civil and/or if there is an agreement between the parties. These conclusions often dictate the outcome of a trial. Because questions of fact must be analyzed and decided, if there is a question of fact, a judge cannot enter a summary judgment until the factual dispute is resolved.

Trial courts are considered finders of facts and, therefore, their findings of fact are given a high degree of deference by the higher courts. On appeal, an appellate court will only overturn a conclusion of fact if the trier of fact’s decision was clearly erroneous. This is to be contrasted with a conclusion of law which will receive higher scrutiny.
