I am not making anything up. Countries agreed to pay a percentage of their gdp, Spain hasn’t

So we’ve had to pick up the slack…a lot of court is had not, until trump….so we had to pick up the slack over the years

No they originally agreed to five, then got an exemption due to their failing economy and then agreed to 3.5…which they haven’t met, now they are aiming for 2.1 percent
