Tebow's jersey No. 1 in sales on NFL shop less than 24 hours after signing

You guys are boycotting the NFL but you’re celebrating lots of NFL jersey sales? :confused-84:
Who is boycotting? That’s the Left and their cancel culture. I ll continue to watch the Pats. Your Niners will suck and wasted current and future draft capital on a QB project. Good luck with that.
Conservatives. Conservatives are boycotting the NFL.

How are you unaware of this?

When you insult your customers, and they stop buying your product, that really isn't a boycott.
Yea. Conservatives like this.

I never watched the nfl. I am not boycotting them. If I was a fan, I think I would have stopped watching them, after it became clear that the players and the league have nothing but contempt for me.

BUT, that still would have not been a "boycott" as much as me personally being driven away by their insults.

If I head down to my local restaurant and they have a sign up saying, " Customers, we are happy to take your money, but you should know that we think you people are the scum of the Earth", and I drive past and go someone where they don't hate me,

that's not really a boycott.
Whatever you want to call it, I understand.

Conservatives like you feel like you’re being insulted by the NFL. You’re choosing not to pay the NFL because of that.

Yet still happy about a high number of jersey sales lol.
First off how in the hell do you know what conservatives are thinking, sounds like you are an asshole that pretends to assume you know lots and know absolutely nothing.

Let us also see the link that shows that conservatives are buying a high number of jerseys.
He just said how he’s feeling about the NFL. I’ve seen plenty of comments like that around here from conservatives.

I didn’t say that conservatives are buying the jerseys. I don’t think jersey sales are separated by political affiliation lol.
So you are just assuming you know what conservatives are thinking, that is what I thought, thanks for clarifying. So then why would conservatives be celebrating the large sales?

I already addressed that in the previous response. Apparently you didn’t understand.

I tried.

Suck on it Kaepernick!!

Fans of Tim Tebow were quick to show their support after the 33-year-old signed a new contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars by boosting his jersey sales to the top of the bestsellers list.

The quarterback turned tight-end’s new No. 85 jersey now leads sales for all men's, women's, and youth sizes, topping those of first-round draft picks Trevor Lawrence, whose No. 16 jersey ranks third, and Justin Fields, whose No. 1 jersey ranks second, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.

Tebow’s jersey sales also surpassed Tampa Bay’s Tom Brady, the 2020 Super Bowl MVP, whose No. 12 jersey ranks seventh, and Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers, the NFL’s reigning MVP, whose No. 12 jersey ranks ninth.

Who?

You're not interested in many things it seems, retard with a broad brush. I accept your surrender and your Niners still suck.

I’m happy for Tim Tebow. He seems like a genuinely nice guy.

However, I don’t think he’s a good player. At least not at the professional level. And now he’s not even playing the same position, so I’m certainly not expecting much from him this year.

I think he has a cult-like following, probably for his religious beliefs. The same can be said of Kaepernick’s following for political beliefs. But both are terrible professional football players in my opinion.

Additionally, I expect to see the NFL thrive with or without crybaby snowflakes who are offended by everything.

I never found Kaepernick personally compelling, and I don't think his skill set would win a Super Bowl. Tebow really blew at passing. He didn't pass so much as he threw the ball to a stationary object, and usually killed grass. LOL
I really enjoyed his NCAA pregame analysis. I think he was at ESPN where he'd do a 15-20 min color take on one or the other team's locker room and preparation. He is such a nice guy, who never throws anyone under a bus (except perhaps a receiver running into traffic) that teams were open and genuinely chatty with him. It was never controversial or breaking news, but it was nice.

I liked Kaep, I think his side show became his main show and derailed his career. I don't see many teams that can utilize his style, other than Baltimore or Seattle Kaep's style is one you would build a team around and that isn't going to happen for a back up QB. Tebow is an interesting signing. I think he is there for the gimmick, he is there to make the team, the team signed him as a PR move. My concern is the Jags rookie QB has a bad game or two and we will start hearing about bringing Tebow back. Tebow is not a good QB, a good person, probably, not a good QB.

Fuck the NFL, they lost it last year. They only hired Tebow to try to bring back the fans.
Bye Felicia.

What did they lose last year?
Most of the fans when they went full retard with BLM.
No they didn't.

Give an example.
You need the NFL woke saga explained to you? Have you been living under a rock or something?
NOPE, Love the NFL, don't care if a guy kneels for his god or for protest.

Stay away, we don't need you.

I'm celebrating the fact that Tebow's jersey is #1, but that's as far as I go.
I gave up the NFL, and now only follow college ball.
Good for you, please stay away and don't feel the need to tell us NFL faithful why you are in this cancel culture. That's funny.
What does that response have to do with our discussion? :cuckoo:

I never heard him as an analyst.

He doesn't strike me as an intelligent player with an in-depth understanding of the game given his poor performance on the field. I could be wrong there though. But he's at least easy-going, friendly, and articulate.

I agree that Kaepernick is not personally compelling. I don't think he would make a good analyst at all.

I agree on Kaep's playing style.

I think he has a very specific skill-set and he's not particularly good at it. He's not a well-rounded quarterback at all. He did well early on and I think teams gradually caught on to how one-dimensional he is.

"Kaep's style is one you would build a team around and that isn't going to happen for a back up QB." 100% agree. That's exactly it right there.

And Tebow is totally a gimmick. There's no way he should be in the league AS A FREAKING TIGHT END. I could be wrong, but I'd be surprised if I am.

The Den Broncos were interested in Kap before the kneeling stuff. I'm sure it'd have been a fan support disaster, but even without that, no sane team would want the lockerroom drama. But weirdly, his style, as you point out, was "specific." He was not that different from Jake Plummer. They built an offense on his rolling out (both ways), fake rollouts and giving the ball to running backs, and all kinds of wierd stuff. It got them to the playoffs several times. But he ultimately couldn't make the play from the pocket.

He was never fast enough for TE. Teams thought about it back in the day. He's not the first fantastic college player to not fit in the NFL

Probably a really decent guy, though.

Tebow's back...and he's jacked!

Not sure why you’re celebrating jersey sales while boycotting the NFL.

Because I know it pisses the St. Kaepernick crowd off that Tebow is even back in the NFL, while their St. Kap sits.
