Tariff ruling.

At times it looks like all these judges cost the nation trillions of dollars when we are in a war of real declining wealth for a growing percentage of citizens.

These judges are wealthy and don't care about how their decision hurts everyday Americans.

And now all the importers will demand refunds.

Since the fat rapist charity thief gutted the CFPB, american consumers will never see a penny of it.
Everybody that was hurt can bring class action. The court has affirmed these tariffs were illegal, and a tax illegally imposed on the American people.

We want our money back. With interest, and we're going to get it.

Article II of the U.S. Constitution establishes the executive branch, vesting the President with primary authority over foreign policy

Now how is tariff policy not part of foreign policy?

Because Article I places the responsibility for import duties (i.e. import taxes or tariffs) with Congress.

What the **** are you talking about?

You assholes get one out of five and you think you're winning.

Problem with you progressives is the facts don't matter.

You get a 46-12 drubbing and you think just showing up is winning.

Is that why your boy stood up in front of the entire country today whining like a little *****?

So if the Congress agrees to keep the current Trump tariffs by codifying them, it would be legal?

Their decision was good for upholding the Constitution and good for we the people.

Trump can still raise tariffs, but he simply needs to do it with the help and approval of Congress.

No taxation,
without representation.

He doesn't need Congress.

His plan is doing it another way. Nothing's changed.

It would change if Congress enacted the tariff policy as is right now. It would also make it 2 vs 1 in the power play, with the 1 the only one unelected.
