That is exactly my point. The Supreme Court, who is constitutionally empowered to make such decisions, obviously doesn't have access to your superior knowledge. You should head on up there and educate them. Let me know how it works out.It's called read comprehension. If it's not covered in the Constitution then it falls to the State.
