Sir, the fact that there are QR/Bar Codes on ballot packages (envelopes) is not secret, that has been going on for years. When a mail-in ballot is requested, the pacakge is generated for that individual, when the package is returned it gets scanned back into the system to track receipt.

That's why these days you can request a mail in ballot, log into your states voting webstite and track when it was issued, when it was delivered, when it was returned to the post office, when it was received by the election office, and when it passed security screening to be counted.

But what happens if the requested actual ballots issued by the state were never returned and a fraudulent ballot which looked the same and seemed the same was returned? It just wasn't the marked ballot somehow.

Would that indicate cheating, election interference, foreign interference?

And if the post office logs the receipts of the ballot envelopes specially.....

This might get really interesting really quickly.

Trump set a trap and told Texas to redistrict planning on Virginia to put a vote to the people to do their own redistricting to counter Trump's orders to Texas.
