We have come to the point in history where the nine fools in black robes become a monarchy. How can a single justice grant a certain segment of the population an exemption to a law signed by the president by the stroke of a pen? Either strike down the entire law or leave it alone.

Executive orders don't have nearly the force of law that legislative action does. obama didn't set law and he didn't overturn DOMA, what he did was refuse to defend these laws in court. That's a default, it doesn't make laws with a stroke of the pen.

How can a single judge overcome the Will of the people? One did when that single gay fool in a black robe invalidated the law in California, that had been passed TWICE by the people.

Looking at her decision brief, it's a process formality thing, not her coming out against it like. Because there's an appeal about it, until that's decided a stay was proper.

Now the 10th Circuit makes its decision.

If it turns the state's appeal down, the state will appeal to SCOTUS, which I bet will not hear it.
