Our Founding Fathers feared this very moment

As we know, many Republicans have had to throw issues and policies aside to take a stand against the orange populist demagogue who has taken control of a once-great party. Of course, they've all been attacked and vilified as RINOs and commies and Marxists and any number of other ignorant labels.

Conservative Judge J Michael Luttig has recently (and no doubt painfully) endorsed Kamala Harris with a five-page letter, below.

The Founders knew what could happen, they feared it, and they all but predicted it. Jefferson's prediction, in the second paragraph, is simply chilling:

His letter of endorsement here:

Judge J. Michael Luttig is a former United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. While he has had a distinguished career, there have been some criticisms of his judicial decisions and actions. Here are a few examples:

1. Criticisms of his judicial philosophy: Some have criticized Luttig's judicial philosophy as being overly conservative and activist. For example, in a 2005 article, the New York Times described Luttig as a "conservative judicial activist" who had "taken an aggressive approach to interpreting the Constitution." [1]

2. Criticisms of his handling of the Terri Schiavo case: In 2005, Luttig was part of a three-judge panel that denied a request by Terri Schiavo's parents to have her feeding tube reinserted. The decision was widely criticized by conservatives, who felt that Luttig and the other judges had overstepped their authority. [2]

3. Criticisms of his role in the Boeing merger case: In 1997, Luttig was part of a three-judge panel that approved the merger between Boeing and McDonnell Douglas. The decision was criticized by some as being overly favorable to Boeing, and Luttig's involvement in the case was questioned due to his close ties to the company. [3]

4. Criticisms of his views on executive power: Luttig has been criticized for his views on executive power, which some have characterized as overly broad. For example, in a 2006 article, the Washington Post described Luttig's views on executive power as "expansive" and "troubling." [4]

When and where did Jefferson write that?

MAGA does not believe in anything Jefferson was warning about. They believe in Trump, who will wreck this Country & they will HELP him do it.
A person has to be terribly lost to fall into something like this.

THIS guy. Of all people.

I'll bet he and they believe that. She's polling "probably realisitically, right around 17-18%".

And most of the country loves Trump. Other world leaders respect and fear and adore him.

To them, that's reality. That's how absolutely isolated and insulated their world is.

The left claiming the Founding Fathers would support the left is COMICAL.

They would never side with the party of PERVERTS who support cutting boys testicals off or this Drag Queen BS. Allowing men to claim to be women and play sports against them.

Hell. The Founders would hang you if you burned the flag.

Just another TDS thread from the Fake Mac.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm, in case you missed it, Republicans overwhelming voted for Trump in the primaries. It was like 92% support.

Well, according to Trump, if he loses, it's the Jews fault.

Wow, they really did see it coming. That's pretty impressive from over 200 years in the past.
They had plenty of examples, evident in the rest of their spiel Mac conveniently left out>>>>
Reflect on all the instances in history ancient and modern, of elective monarchies, and say if they do not give foundation for my fears, the Roman emperors, the popes, while they were of any importance, the German emperors till they became hereditary in practice, the kings of Poland, the Days of the Ottoman dependencies.
:clap2:
This is TDS folks.
rather the disingenuous side of it at that TN

Mac1958 is just displaying his lack of critical thinking here…Based on a severe hatred for Trump, and/or his supporters. He believes, like most narcissist, that only he is right, and everyone who disagrees is somehow the problem.

Like most liberals.
