my sister family of 5 gets 300 a month. They eat a lot of pasta. Our doctors tells us to eat less pasta and more fruit and veggies but she can't afford it with her food stamps. She has no income but they kicked her off food stamps when her youngest turned 18. She has liver psorosis, and a multitude of other problems like leaking whenever she has a period but they won't give her disability because they say she can do a sit down job. So I pay all the bills which isn't fair on me. If I wasn't here she'd be on the street with her two kids and our mother.

Hahahahaha...if you think getting disability is easy, you are out of your ******* mind. You will be hard pressed to find a single person that got disability in less than two years... or longer. It almost always goes through appeals and finally a hearing before someone gets it or not. So let's say you are disabled and single, how do you live for 2+ years with no income and no one to support you?

She can't afford a doctor so how is she supposed to get the proof she's sick?

If your sister has no income and hasn't for some time, she's able to get on Medicaid. Even if not, if she doesn't have the money for a doctor, the government will provide her with one to make their determination.

But now your claim is even more confusing, because SS workers can't make any determination of what kind of job you can do without a doctors evaluation. That's not what they do. In order to apply, they need some kind of physical evidence of the claim.
