If what Merchan did in jury instructions was outside of the rules, trust the System, Trump will get a mistrial....right quick.

It is New York State, not federal jurisdiction....no one but a New Yorker can do anything about it early on....AND if he follows the law PROCESS, the higher courts in NY will rule so, on his appeal! The same process every citizen has....and more so, for those with money!

I don't hate Trump! When in my teens and through my twenties, although older than me, I thought he was cute as can be....a wild man, with no restraints on his tongue or desire for women, an attention getter, he was intriguing.... because no one else out there had the balls to act the way he did in a non moral sense, so openly.... He also wasn't loud and obnoxious.... He spoke softly.... He was a walking NY Tabloid!!! . A perfect example of Spare the rod, Spoil the child!

But then in my 30s, I grew up....and began a closer relationship with God, so to say....
right vs wrong....became more vivid, and more important... and the Trump limelight went from entertaining, to showing all the ways he selfishly, without thought, hurt people!

The final appeals process after the state supreme Court is SCOTUS....in all states. That usually takes years. In some cases they can speed it up.

They are criminally going after Hunter Biden for falsifying a form required to purchase a gun, a gun that was never used in a crime....and a law never prosecuted before under those circumstances...

And going after him for tax evasion, on taxes he already paid back including penalties to the IRS....

Trump is NOT Bragg's personal opponent! Never was, never will be! You're buying in to a false narrative that Trump falsely put forth....(to cage Biden in, preventing him from using Trump's indictments against him)

Bragg is the prosecutor in Manhattan, who happens to be a registered democrat. This was NOT an organized democratic party or Biden coordinated conspiracy....he did it all on his own, for his State citizens....and perhaps his own personal reasons, but this was not organized by democrats....Democrats were SHOCKED when Bragg came out with this indictment, they were disappointed in NY for bringing this case....while waiting anxiously for the only two indictments that mattered to us, Nationally...the Classified Documents espionage case, and the 1/6 election subversion case.

The only reason Dems are joyous with this equivalent of the tax evasion charge on Al Capone verses his murders and mobster activities is because Trump and his hand picked justices have delayed delayed delayed justice on the cases that mattered Nationally....

This case certainly does have legal issues that affect the country. I'm not sure what your historical background is on the matter but I have seen numerous state supreme court rulings get appealed to the supreme Court of the United States so I'm not sure what you're talking about. In any case I agree with you that it's a political prosecution but I don't have any faith in the New York appellate system as far as breaking with the lower court in their own state. This will require federal intervention in order to sell it right.

I think jury tampering is a pretty legitimate one. However let's not be credulous here.... Bragg and Merchan Have shown the extremely low bar required to make charges. They basically took a non case and conjured one up out of thin air. I would expect now that that pattern has been established It will be used by others.
