Should Trump go to jail for mishandling classified information?

wrong as usual empty folders are all over the place especially with a President that when he speaks it is classified.
Presidential speech may be confidential, but would never be put in cover sheets of the colors and markings that Trump had.

If Trump had folders to protect presidential speech, they would be "confidential", not "TS/SCI"

You accused me of preferring violence over the political process. You got a quote for that? Or were you projecting, or wishcasting, or imagining, or what?
If you don't then clarify the vague threats you have been making in post after post. In the meantime, it's been your side calling for civil war, guns and a "bullet in the head" over the political process.

Let's jail an ex-President over paperwork that he probably declassified anyway.

I repeat

PAPERWORK

This makes sense in the Leftist mind. They're fine with a president giving a speech calling half the nation extremist fascists with the military behind them, on the taxpayer's dime--but OH NOES the PAPERWORK
So national security, the identity of spies and informants, nuclear information....it's just "paperwork".

No because an empty folder is NOT actually classified,
I said "marked" classified.

Your contention they weren't actually classified would subject you to a general court martial for not turning them over as ordered.

Classified cover....where are the contents. If the contents are gone, there's documentation in its place. I am beginning to wonder if you ever ever ever were around classified material, its handling, the military itself.
Oh **** off you fake airfarce retard you prove you never handled any with every post in this thread.

What makes no sense to me, but apparently does to YOU is the potential national security implications here. It is frankly mind boggling.

Extra classifed document folders? Um....no. That's not how it's done. And nothing was as low as "confidential".
Yes there are tons of coversheets not in use. And there are lower classifications such as "For Official Use Only" (FOUO)

Trump says he should……

In my administration, I'm going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law."

"One of the first things we must do is to enforce all classification rules and to enforce all laws relating to the handling of classified information," he said in September 2016.
Speaking in July of that year, Trump said Clinton's mishandling "disqualifies" her from public service.

"Any government employee who engaged in this kind of behavior would be barred from handling classified information," Trump said. "Again, that alone disqualifies her

Prison should be the minimum penalty! Previous traitors have been executed for similar acts.

He can serve in a cell with Hillary!

Ya Biden did not just make a speech threatening all republicans.

Actually the irony is that Trumps greatest defense (his claim he declassified all of it) is his greatest offense.
Trump indiscriminately declassified hundreds or possibly thousands of classified documents, many without ever reading them, and with no regard to what parts of national security they were protecting.

Exactly! Either way it is damning and they don't care!

an empty folder no matter what it is marked is NOT actually classified.
Once more. If you were ordered to turn over everything "marked" classified, would you return the cover sheets?

Yes/No
